"The refurbishment of the Jack Silley Pavillion, was completed earlier this year and the new cafe extension, 'Julie’s at Stonards', officially opened its doors to the public on 10 May; a ribbon-cutting ceremony was conducted by Town Mayor Nigel Avey.
The refurbishment of the Jack Silley Pavillion, including the football changing rooms and new cafe extension, was made possible by a S106 financial contribution, released to Epping Town Council through the planning system from Epping Forest District Council. Thanks go to Paul Saggers Associates for his initial designs, concepts and support.
Proposals to refresh and expand the vandalised building regularly used by dog walkers, exercisers and scouts were submitted to Epping Forest District Council back in 2017. The pavilion upgrade cost £250,000 including a £7,000 award from the National Lottery earlier this year."
"Thank you Paul Saggers for providing me with an excellent service for the redesign of my family home.
Paul is very professional, easy to get on with and is more than happy to explain things in laymans terms. Paul has a deep understanding around planning and is always at hand to answer queries and he went above and beyond the call of duty to support us with any 11th hour issues that had arisen.
Paul will absolutely be my first port of call the next time i'm in need of an architect."
"Paul has been extremely helpful with two of my recent building projects, giving tremendous input which has improved my original ideas considerably. He works quickly and efficiently and his charges were very reasonable, I’d recommend him wholeheartedly."

"Recently i employed Mr Paul Sagger to prepare drawings etc to extend the above property i found him to be very professional and thorough in all aspects of the job . He was also amicable and a pleasure to deal with"
"We were pretty set in our minds what we thought we would be doing with our project - where rooms would be, what the layout would look like. We brought Paul in, at first, to simply do the formal plans. However, he offered us amazing advice on how we could make better use of the space, and it has transformed the work we are having done. Two simple ideas, which made a huge difference. Worth every penny, and more."
"We just wanted to let you know how very happy we are with our loft extension, it was actually finished last Christmas and we love it!! Even during the long hot summer we've enjoyed this year, it wasn't too hot up there and when our builders came back in the summer to do the snagging / cracks they said it was due to the thick insulation you had specified - for which we are so grateful, it's warm and cosy in the winter and stays cool in the summer - perfect!
So thank you so much for all you did and apologies we didn't say it sooner!"

"We are overwhelmed that you have been successful in achieving planning permission on our behalf and that your plans have been accepted in their entirety, with no caveats whatsoever.
Our planning application was by no means straight forward. To obtain permission to change our listed commercial property and car park into a residential development of four flats and a three bedroomed house was deemed by us to be “Mission Impossible”.
From the first day of our initial meeting, we instantly knew why you had been so highly recommended to us, that we could work together and that we had chosen the perfect person for the job. Your artistic approach in drawing up several acceptable ideas for the site were very impressive and we have no doubt that your professional negotiating skills, your friendly affable character and your gentle persuasive manner were instrumental in securing this planning permission upon our behalf.
Throughout this entire long journey, you have patiently guided us through the complexities and mysteries of the Planning Dept and Listed Buildings, constantly reassuring us when our spirits were low. You have always kept us fully informed and made yourself available to us at all times to advise and answer any queries or questions we may have had.
From the outset, you cultivated and maintained an excellent and harmonious relationship with the local Planning Office, frequently meeting with them and responding to them immediately and thereby circumventing any major problems, all of which was undoubtedly a major factor in this successful outcome.
Thank you so much Paul for all your hard work and determination in helping us achieve our dream retirement goal, which has been thirty years in the making! We would like to wish you continued and much deserved success in your business and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending you and your company in the future."

Just a line to let you know how we are getting on with the project at home we are well underway now and ground floor extension is now up.
The RSJ’s were fitted yesterday they seem to be very large but because you have hidden them in the ceiling they do not seem to be as imposing.
The two front dormers you suggested have been a great success, [we was looking at them from the street and a couple were walking pass and stopped to say how great they looked and how they looked in keeping with the rest of the house giving them a sense of balance] and with the vaulted ceilings and everybody who has seen them has said how great they look, by doing this the fifth bedroom you reconfigured is turning out to be an outstanding double bedroom en-suite.
The two new back dormers have not yet been formed yet but if they are half as good as the front we will be so very very pleased, we will have gained so much more liveable space making the garden lounge so much more pleasant to use, the master bedroom and dressing area plus the en-suite above this, is being formed over the next few days and is shaping up to be a fantastic area, this as you know is overlooking the garden.
We are so glad you suggested the extension was to be at the back of the house and not as we planned at the front of the house, we know you spent a lot of time working out the details and rejigging the plans a number of times as we got use to your ideas and added our small input.
I am not sure how many times you came to the house to let us view and discuss the plans but it is going to be so worth it and your time and genus has been invaluable to us
A great big thank you from the both of us for all your help and input in this project."
